Update 13.01.23

Some updates to the game but still unbalanced.

The Avatars for the customers should working now.
Most important, milk is now a real ingredient. if the customers get flustered, it will now be shown in the drink and gives how much percentage of the drink should be Milk. In the Next update the chances and values will be balanced.
